Managing Director of Indian Potash Limited has signed Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Mr. Srinivaasan, Jt. Managing Director, M/s Sakthi Sugars Limited for acquisition of Dhenkanal Unit having crushing capacity of 2500 MTs per day, 30 KLPD Distillery and 1 MT per hour Soya Extrusion plant at Dhenkanal District, Odisha. This is first step and after receipt of NOC from secured lenders of SSL, the transfer process will be completed.
