    CSR Activity 2017-18

    • IPL has sponsored a Mobile dispensary Van for service of poor and needy people of New Delhi. This van regularly visiting four locations in New Delhi. The Aim of this service is to benefit poor and needy people of the society by ailment diagnosis and treatment by qualified doctors from Sir Ganga Ram hospital and dispensing of necessary medicines at no cost. This service is being conducted by World Brotherhood Organization (A Non-Profit Organization).
    • Indian Potash Limited has sponsored Fight Hunger Foundation’s project to help Children affected by severe acute malnutrition in Baran district of Rajasthan. Support of IPL to Fight Hunger Foundation has helped more than 300 children to get out of the life-threatening situation.
    • Indian Potash Limited has distributed grocery and food packets in 15 villages highly affected by the flood in Gandak River Cane Area Zone in Khushi Nagar District.
    • As one of the objectives of Indian government’s campaign Swakcha Bharat Mission is to provide sanitation through the construction of Individual Household/Community & Public toilet facilities across India, Indian Potash Limited has sponsored Bhartiya Grameen Parishad to Install 8 bio-toilets in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon region. These Bio-toilets are 100% hazard free, 100% maintenance free and decompose 90 % of the waste with help of Anaerobic bacteria.
    • Indian Potash Limited has sponsored 9600 health card for families of rural areas of Uttar Pradesh (one health card cover four people of a family) through Paridyam Health Care Pvt. Ltd. On one Health card Paridyam Health Care Pvt. Ltd. will provide Doctor’s consultation, Eye test, ECG Test, Blood Pressure Test and Hemoglobin Test for one year at no cost, for one family.
    • Indian Potash Limited has sponsored International Road Federation’s (A nonprofit organization with the mission of safe road and safe road mobility) project to increase the visibility of Tractor and Trollies during night time by placement of retroreflective tapes on them. IPL has sponsored placement of retroreflective tapes on total 2000 tractor and trollies of farmers under the command area of IPL sugar units.
    • Indian Potash Limited has provided financial support to Radhika Raman School, Majauli, Rohtas, Bihar for various activities.
    • Indian Potash Limited has sponsored Institute for Financial Management and Research for the research project ”Municipal Solid Waste Composting: Issues in Scaling Up Operations and the Way Forward”. Phase 1- Tamil Nadu and Phase 2- Karnataka.
    • IPL has provided financial support to Sundarban Dream Society, Jogesganj Bajar, Hemnagar, West Bengal. This is a society consisting of most backward farmers and families of fishermen in the remote Sundarbans area in West Bengal. This society had been undertaking the activities like Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal husbandry, Public health, Skill development programmes and upliftment of livelihood for people of Sundarbans in collaboration with Department of Consumer Affairs, Fisheries, Agriculture and Department of Sundarban affairs of Government of West Bengal.
    • IPL has distributed 20 Mini rice mills to a group of Farmers selected by Department of Agriculture Govt. of Chhattisgarh.
    • Indian Potash Limited has provided financial support to Kasturba Gandhi Vidyalaya, Nebwa village, Kushi Nagar, U.P. for repairing of school and hostel, Electric wiring of school, New Television and Sports items.
    • Indian Potash Limited has provided financial Support to Amrit Inter College, Rohana Kalan, Muzaffarnagar, U.P to install CCTV cameras in classrooms.
    • Indian Potash Limited has supplied and installed Gym equipment in 36 villages under command area of IPL sugar units Titawi, Rohana Kalan and Sakhoti Tanda for the welfare of farming and youth community.
    • Indian Potash Limited has distributed LED lights in rural areas under command area of Jarwal Sugar Unit, Bahraich, U.P.
    • Indian Potash Limited has given 4 TATA Ace vehicles to Fisherwoman societies in Telangana state. These four societies are -
      1. Fisherwoman Co-operative society, Kalluru, Khammam.
      2. Fisherwoman Co-operative society, Siddiknagar, Konijeria Mandal, Khammam.
      3. Fisherwoman Co-operative society, Bethupalli Gangaram, Sathupalli, Mandal, Khammam.
      4. Fisherwoman Co-operative society, Aswaraopet, Khammam.
    • Indian Potash Limited has provided financial support to Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Sakhoti Tanda, Meerut, U.P.
    • Indian Potash Limited has supplied and installed three electric poles at Army parade ground, Chandigarh.
